Roof Evaluation

There is discoloration throughout the roof and signs of leaking around the Chimney, there is no sealing around the chimney flashing. There are also openings around vent pipes, corners, and firewalls due to not being three courses sealed.
The field seams are open and allowing water under roof and the gutter needs to be cleaned.
